As a little girl, I always knew I wanted to create impact in my world even though I probably didn’t know how to spell impact at the time.
I wanted to be a TV presenter, Actress, Musician and Dancer.
As I grew up, I added baker and photographer to the list mainly because I loved eating pastries and taking photos of clouds. 
I was hit with a dose of reality when I went on to study Accounting and even though I loved calculations, I knew it wasn’t the right field for me.
At some point, it became obvious I needed to have a discussion with myself. Realizing I was a people person, I advised myself to take the plunge into Human Resources.
I have a juicy mix of over ten years’ in the financial services, consulting, Oil & Gas and health sectors and most of my experience has been gained in careers related to Customer Relationship Management, Career Coaching and Human Resources Management. I also pride myself in self-development, gaining a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Human Resource Management Pathway from the University of Plymouth, United Kingdom as well as several trainings relevant to my ever evolving career.
I believe a lot in the strategic function of Human Resources and I am a strong proponent of Human Capital Development and Intrapreneurship. I want to see mindsets change regarding jobs, careers and people management.
In November 2017, I participated as a Google business mentor (Human Resources) for the one week problem-solving boot- camp for early stage tech start-ups at the Google Developers Launchpad Start.
I am as passionate about delivering value on the job as I am about giving back to our community because of the many opportunities it has provided to me. I currently manage a WhatsApp group (Just jobs) that shares job vacancies, mostly from the hidden job market.
I recognize that choosing a career can be a daunting and uphill task and that is why I am very passionate about helping people discover and establish the career of their dreams.
